Q: How to Upload Audio Files ?
A:  1. Download the audio fles into your computer.
     2.Connect the computer and SuperQ4 headphones with magnetic charging cable, you could see a hard drive on your computer.
     3.Open hard drive and drag-and-drop the audio files into the hard drive folder.
Q:  Why does the Bluetooth connection disconnect when the headset is used underwater?
A:    Because Bluetooth signals, which are radio waves, do not propagate well through water. We recommend that you select MP3 mode underwater.
